I’ve worked with many realtors and several builders throughout my lifetime, and I can’t speak highly enough about Townsend Homes. They are a hard-working team that delivers a thoughtful, quality product. Each member of this company acted with integrity by honoring their word throughout my experience.
Buying a home is a complex process and can be an incredibly emotional and stressful time. I’ve noticed that the best businesses take pride in their work, fix mistakes, and want customers to be truly delighted with their product/experience. She searched for a home for my son in the Waterford area. I was extremely pleased with her professionalism and knowledge of the real estate field. She always listened to every request. She was very timely in her responses and extremely accurate with the information. She was able to find a lending institution as well that met my son's financial requirements. She appeared at the closing on my son's behalf and ensured all documents were correct and ready to be signed. Ms. Korn made buying a home a pleasurable experience from beginning to end.
